TRACING THE UPPER PART OF OUR AFRICAN SKIRT(009)

The typical African skirt has two major parts ,
The curvy part ,from the waist to the knees, and the lower part from the knees to the heels .Now .what we are going to do is to get a skirt from our lutterloh pattern ,that will give us the curvy part of the skirt and then we will use our fashion sence to construct the lower part. For this exercise, we will use lutterloh pattern no.2 skirt and trace it using our hips and burst measurement.
